Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup creamy lemon dill dressing
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Fresh dill, for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
