  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas, mashed
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed chickpeas, bananas, and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in the baking soda, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well mixed.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped dates, walnuts, and flour until just combined.
