Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas, mashed
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed chickpeas, bananas, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Stir in the baking soda, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well mixed.
