Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
