Ingredients
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasonings
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
