Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup oat pancake mix
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup water (or as needed)
